The all wood siren from a children’s carousel is attired in a scaled costume in the form of an evening gown terminating in an upraised fish tail. Her golden tresses restrained by a red hair band, she is poised to plunge into her native element. The figure presents in a multi-layered and distressed paint history revealing seam separation and repairs. 45 long x 21 high.
